Exercise Stress Test
An Exercise Stress test is performed to evaluate the function of your heart when it is under stress. During the test, an electrocardiogram (EKG) records the electrical activity of your heart and reads your heart rate. Your EKG and blood pressure is monitored closely. This test can help physician detect possible blockages in your heart.

Cardiolite Exercise Stress Test
A Cardiolite Exercise Stress test is a diagnostic nuclear imaging study that uses a radioactive tracer, called Cardiolite, to obtain pictures of your heart muscle. When combined with exercise stress test, the Cardiolite scan helps determine if the heart muscle is getting the blood supply it needs. This test can be useful in detecting significant blockage in coronary arteries,

Lexiscan Cardiolite Stress Test
The Lexiscan Stress test is similar to Cardiolite Exercise Stress Test. Instead of exercising on treadmill, an intravenous injection of Lexiscan is given to simulate exercise. This test is useful in patients who can not walk on a treadmill.

Dobutamine Cardiolite Stress Test
A Dobutamine Stress test allows a patient who cannot walk on a treadmill or ride a bicycle to complete a stress test. The tracer (cardiolite) is utilized. The test provides information about how much blood your heart pumps. This test helps to determine if areas of the heart are receiving enough blood not.
