Our front desk is responsible for scheduling appointments and checking patients in and out for their visits and tests.

We value your time, and work very hard to stay on schedule. Medical and cardiovascular care is not restricted to working hours. We are available to take care of emergencies around the clock.

Monica is our receptionist with 11 years of customer care. She has been with Capital Cardiology for almost 5 years now. She greets patients professionally both in person and on the phone, properly referring questions and issues, as well as notifying providers of patient arrivals. Optimizes provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling.
